Held at CasiNada, the base fee is $250 for up to 4 adults. Add-on $35 for each additional adult (over the original 4 for up to 12 people total), plus food cost. Demonstration and Hands-On classes run 2 1/2 to 3 hours, includes a recipe set for each student, and, of course, ample samples of all the food prepared in class. Special arrangements can be made for private classes off-site in an appropriate kitchen. A trip fee will be charged outside the Wimberley area. After class clean up not included. One-on-One instruction is negotiable at an hourly fee. Payment & cancellation policy below applies to all classes. To Reserve a Private Class All classes must be paid for in advance. Payment must be made at time of booking by check or money order payable to CasiNada Cooks and mailed to PO Box 706, Wimberley, TX 78676-0706. Provide contact name, phone number and/or email address. Cancellations/Refunds - Please Read The $250 minimum is non refundable after the Cancellation Deadline five days prior to the class at 12:00 noon. If any one person is unable to attend after confirming space, their reservation may be transferred to a friend or relative for that class. Refunds can be given for a $35 add-on only before the Cancellation Deadline five days prior to the class at 12:00 noon. (An add-on is any person over the minimum of 4.) Call or email in advance of the deadline for a refund of that portion. There are no refunds after the deadline. No-shows are not eligible for credit or refund. Food costs are non-refundable.
