Reservation Information - Classes are by reservation only and must be paid for in advance
Call 512 847-3779 or Email cooks@casinadacooks.com to verify availability and request a reservation.
Provide name, phone number and/or email address, the class title/date, and the number of spaces you
want to reserve. Your reservation will be confirmed when your check, money order, or gift certificate
payable to CasiNada Cooks is received at P.O. Box 706, Wimberley, TX 78676-0706. Space is filled on a
first come-first serve basis. Please read cancellation policy below.
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend after confirming space, your reservation may be transferred to a friend or
relative for the same class date. Or, call for a full refund before the Cancellation Deadline five days prior to
the class by 12:00 noon. There are no refunds after the deadline, as I will have already printed materials,
started preparations, and begun purchasing based on the number of reservations. “No-shows” are not
eligible for credit or refund.
CasiNada Cooks! may cancel a class if the minimum number of reservations are not received at least two
weeks before the class date. Menus may vary based on availability of ingredients.
CasiNada Cooks Demonstration Classes run 2 1/2 to 3 hours in length. Classes often include tips on
purchasing, storing, freezing/thawing, as well as discussions on cookware, cutlery, and kitchen tools that
save time and simplify tasks. Class participants receive a printed recipe set, as well as ample samples of
food prepared in class. Menus may vary based on availability of ingredients. The experience is up close and
personal - students can often take a turn in the food preparation. Classes that require class participation
will be noted as "hands-on" in the class description.

TO PAY ONLINE BY CREDIT CARD Email and ask to pay by credit card, I will then email an invoice to you for payment through Paypal. 1. Open the email and review the invoice. 2.
